87 Sport US Made????

I was under the impression that all haros were made in Taiwan after October 1984. This guy claims to have a US Made sport from 87, anyone know if this is possible?

Don't know, but normally the serial numbers are under the down tube  :-\

Thats a good point Philip, i have dropped the guy a pm to ask him for more info out of interest.
