Ripper XL Serial Numbers (dating scans now added it a 92! (maybe))

Mine was an 87 Pitbull brake, can't remember the serial, it was Bodamus's before me so he may remember :-[

The pitbull model was early nineties, I have the test from Ride when it came out plus the pitbull wasn't even out on 87 was it?

bananadude, i reckon that's an early 90s bike mate.

Check out page two of the museum under Bodamus, he had the frame from the USA years ago and I think it was boxed and dated 87...........

I am only goin off his say so.........I don't have it anymore so couldn't check :-[

It's interesting how many dates appear when you mention XL's and when they started production, I've got a few late 80's  / early 90's mags I'm gonna have a look in those and see when they first get a mention.

Here is pic of full frame as requested it's a bit rough but sound under the shit powder coat job
