I would say yes!

yep pretty rare, Kappa do/did small runs of remakes of classic frames but with modern geometry/materials so you can actually ride them  :daumenhoch:

oh and they make cruiser versions of frames that were necer available in a 24"

Rare - Yes.

BUT only in America is it acceptable to build tribute frames like this; if anyone else does it they get shot down in flames which is something I don't quite understand.
