tyres thin fat or fat thin or thin thin

right pretty much ready to put me supergoose 3 together as i nearly have all the parts i want
i have two 1.75 and one 2.125 size tyres what combination should i use ?
do i go with two skinnys or a skinny and a fatty and does the fatty go rear and skinny front ?
