Sealed BB's

Hi got some sealed redline bb's in the frame, what the best way of removing them please?

I did think of putting some wood in the whole and belting it, but not sure

Steve I used a piece of dowel and knocked them out gradually. Park probably do a specific tool, but it probably costs a fortune :LolLolLolLol:
