Matt- Shipping cost is $60 for USPS Express service.  If you place an order today, you should be ok, but it's getting close now!

I haven't emailed anybody back yet that's on the list.  Don't take it personal!  LOL.....
 I have a new computer here at work, and I have all of the original starting list on my computer thats now at home, so I have not emailed anybody on that list.  You will hear from me, in order that the emails came in.
