Drop out savers

Swivel:
Can these be put on to any bike and not just SE bikes? Really do need some for my Torker 2 build to hide some scratches from the narrow pain in the arse drop out... help appreciated.

What did you search for "drop out savers"? I'm so gutted by the way as I was so fooking close to finishing this build and I've gone from loving it to disliking it now due to the fooking dropouts being scratched and chipped  >:( :( :'(
