a week of f the smokes !

Been rowing like fook with work colleagues last week , big bust up with her in doors at the weekend
think it was weds ,thurs last week i came home after work and went straight to bed for 2 hours couldnt stand the thought of life without a fag.  :idiot2:
ive the patch on everyday,puffing on one of those inhaler things, chewing gum . im off me nut  :crazy2:
anyone else given up smoking recently -  :yahoo_silent:
the only plus side i can see is that ive saved about 65 quid in a week  :coolsmiley:

wandering if its worth it and will it get any easier

Never smoked as such (only a cigar every so often) but many of my mates have and given up recently and done them a world of good mate. Stick with it!  :daumenhoch:

stick with it dan, will power mate, i stopped for 12 weeks last year then just started again, didnt miss it in  all that time, now my daughter is having a go so will try again i think

im right with you on this one lads.

Going to the doc's tomorrow for some help and advice.

Been smoking for 20 years but have over the last year cut down to 5 a day.

Sick of smelling like an ashtray, i just hate giving me kids a kiss and cuddle smelling of smoke and just finished  with me girlfriend - so i'm thinking out with the old in with the new  :daumenhoch:

I've set April the 8th as the day i start - birthdays on the 7th so that will be me last binge

Kids are at there mothers for 2 weeks - they go on the 8th to - so it seems a good time to have a go.

Wont be able to shout at the kids and hope to be over the worse by time they are back.

Just leaves me and the Cat "gucci" mind you he is deaf as a nail so i can shout at him all day long  :LolLolLolLol:

Wish me luck guys - gonna be hard not having a smoke with a beer or a nice glass of vino - mind you im thinking the worse one will be 1st thing in the morning with me coffee.
