Best way to remove rattle can spray and removing paint from Shimano DXs

Got to strip a pair of landing gear forks that have been rattle can sprayed what's the best way of getting it off?

Also need to get the remaining paint of of some DXs before getting them powdered. Heard that they weren't annodised so how can i get the paint off?
