Dan, common misconception that these later, less square hubs are not as desirable as the earlier hubs but they are defiantely campag track axles, cones and loose balls in there.  I had a pair of 20" with these later, rounder hubs but with campag.

imagine riding on those, it'd be like trying to drag a waterbuffalo through thick mud!  Hats off to Richie Anderson!
