Don't rechrome your frames, they will never look the same, and a re plated frame stands out like a sore thumb.

Give you frames a bit of time with a good quality polish, they will look sweet :daumenhoch:

I hope i don't caused offence, with my devils advocate remark. I firmly believe that someone should build a bike as they wont to, at the end of the day we all changed bits on our bike's as and when new bits came out. my parents wernt loaded BITD and i had my frame for years but changed parts on it as they came out. All i am trying to ascertain is for a bike to do well what does it have to be made up of, its probably my own insecurities to the quality of my builds that's the prob! :daumenhoch:

i guess if competing is the aim , seek out previous winners and see why they were good
