usa trickstar v taiwanese trickstar?

whats the deal is it just bmx snobbery or are the taiwanese weaker,built worse or what ever else?
please enlighten me with your thoughts

well price and snobbery a tad   us is more sought after and original
tai are in alot of people opinion actualy better made but worth a tad less £50/100

there is slight difference between taiwan and usa ie rear top stand mounts go further back on usa ones and taiwan one`s  stop dead and end`s where support joins also  rear claw bits are angled more on taiwan ones and weld`s are better on usa ones but i have both and my weld`s are good on taiwan ones , it depends if friday afternoon special . both ride the same.
it`s still a trickstar .
jap ones are supposed to be spot on but don`t have one of those to check

The frames buit in Tiawan are shite...  Stevie Wonder, buckled wheel etc...   garbage ::)

I've got a US and a Jap one at the moment, and have had another US one in the past.

The Jap one is the best made - both US ones had little 'faults' (tubes not lining up, etc)...but for some reason the US ones fetch more money, however I would say that is changing now in the UK with Jap/Tai catching up as people realise that it's only the American's who give a shite where it was made.
