Creation Novice session 10th may..........

(1/4) > >>

pickle:
i know this isn't parks and gatherings section but i wanted to post a new thread on this one and hoped to get a bit more of a response.

As most people on here know, Trev and myself set these sessions up (both Novice and regular) so that fello RAD members can get a chance to ride there beloved bikes at times that allow them to juggle there other commitments such as other halves, families and jobs.

We book these sessions which cost £400 for Creation and have to pay half as a deposite.........now we have just about enough riders to make the 10th a viable option........but we need ALL of you to pay your £16 by the end of tomorrow (Monday night) now if you really can't pay this by then, please PM me or Trev to let us know and we can come to an arrangment......but if the people who haven't yet paid pull out nearer the date for some reason, then we'll be fooked!!

We set these sessions up and on regular sessions we just about get enough people to make it affordable........at every regular session i lose count of people who ask for a Novice night so they don't feel intimidated......then when we put one on we get about 20 people out of over 4000 members!!  ffs!!

now i know this is coming over as a bit harsh and on the peed off side, which is exactly how both Trev and myself feel about it to be honest................we've both agreed that this (if the 10th goes ahead) will probably be the last one we do for a while as it's just too much like fooking hard work trying to get more than 30 people to come along to a meet.

sorry if my post offends anyone but please......if you're on the list of people coming then get intouch with either myself or Trev and get your payment sent...........also anyone else who wants to come along and have a ride (novices) then you're more than welcome to join us and have a great night!

Cheers Rob  :daumenhoch:

I know how you feel pickle.

Organising anything is usually a big pain in the ass.

Stag Do's, Nights out etc, etc.    People always complain that they never go anywhere or we should do this and we should do that.  So you set a plan in motion and what happens................People always say there coming but they never pay up and actually commit to it.

It the same old story, time and time again.

I think if were still struggling for numbers for the Novice night then we should definitely allow more experienced riders to come ad join the fun.

Personally, I don't care who comes.   It will be a new experience for me and hopefully a fun one.

And its just not the riding I'm looking forward to, its meeting new contacts, having a laugh and most importantly having a curry after a hard night riding.

HEYWOOD BMX and I are looking forward to this Road trip.

Hotel is booked.

So bring it on!

Well all i can say is thanks for organising the night  :4_17_5: , its my first time out on a rad jolly and well looking forward to it, nervous and a bit apprehensive though.  I ain't bringing a bike i will try and get something together for the next one, just wont to meet all the peps put names to faces. If we do end up going for a curry afterwards i am sure that if there is a few of us then i think it would be well in order for your curry's to be on us, as a cheers so to speak for the hassle of doing all the organising. i am sure the other peps wont mind.

A BIG Thanks any how  :daumenhoch:
