What would you recommend ????

Hi guys.

It is my sons 13th Birthday today and he has received about £60 in cash. He wants to buy an old school frame and forks and slowly do it up with parts when he can.

After we met  Sawzell last weekend he has decided he would like an  Aero reflex. Out of all Phils bike's he had there he decided the Aero was way cool.
Would you recommend one of these frames or is there anything you guys have that you dont need up to his amount. Apparently Chrome and Gold are his chosen colours. I have a spare pair of gold Arayas 7x's and a few other gold things he is going to knick off of me.

Any help or recommendations please chaps.

aero reflex i would say is perfect. they are not bad bikes. the welds are good and it looks like a gt performer!  :daumenhoch:

result, go for it.

 everthing else is just too expensive to thrash around. :daumenhoch:

Reflex's are great bikes and probably a sensible choice. It'd be a shame to spend lots of money on something he might well loose interest in a few months down the line.... not saying he will but i remember what i was like at 13.... radio controlled cars, football, skateboards, bmx's... the list goes on



until one day i discovered sex, drugs and rock n roll.... now i'm too old for any of that so I'm giving BMX's one more try  ;D
