It was the Backyard Jam yeah, dirt jumping day at the track.  And that bloody great big gap.... I couldn't quite make out the rider - but it did kinda look like him eh?    :)

I was sat givin my boys tea when that was on. As soon as I saw the opening shot, before you could even see the rider, I said to my wife, "look there's Chris". It was after that crash that he did the Evel Knievel "people of England, that is the last time I will ever jump,  you will never see me jump again" speech. It was all very funny, even if he was actually quite hurt.
