T/A decal differences

I see some T/A's with 'SKYWAY TA' frame tube decals, and some just say 'SKYWAY'.  Whats the difference?  Different years? Or was it the Jap/US variations?

I believe the TA xtra long version has the TA on the downtube

Ah yes, its just from a distance I cant see the tiny extra long wording.  That makes a lot of sense now.   Cheers,
