redline questions

i have just brought a redline 600a in chrome but it has bits of rust & pitting, i was wondering weather to get it rechromed or powder coated in black & custom build it. What do you guys out there who know & think bmx think i should do? If you think chrome do you know where i can get it done, & if you think the black would look cool do you know where i can get some good custom 600a decals

Post some pics of the frame up, might be worth leaving as a survivor. If not chrome is expensive, powder around £50 frame and forks, stickers off of ebay, or Ginnis in the states :daumenhoch:
