Just did my first bit of shopping with Mark , polite , helpful and generous, all you guys were right to praise , puts my faith back in mankind

I bought a few bits from winstanleys this week, first purchase with them too, heard a  lot of negative comments in the past about them being unhelpful  and unfriendly but I thought they were great the 2 I dealt with, a girl called Jenny and a male chap boy man. Couldn't get everything I wanted but they tried their best

When close to finishing a build, impatient & flustered.... mark always seems to have the bits I'm needing... great service... & Highly recommended.
