heres the bike that served me well!! just bought some 'ally' FMF race cranks and NS shimano dx pedals for it  :4_17_5: :4_17_5:

and also forgot, well done yesterday you did really well for your 1st time, hopefully you can race next week!!

Here's a video and a photo from tonight, had to find some plastic conduit, the bar is set at approx 18 inches (old school) or 46cm (new school)
