posting a bike, best way?

Seriously though the best way is going to be by carrier, however if you have a box for it, then bubble wrap EVERYTHING, some carriers do a good job, others will deliver it like its been run over by a fork lift...You have to assume that you are going to get the latter, so wrap wrap wrap...
