i cut it out 2 weeks ago but tore the side of my toe and the nail is back to growing in it big time.hurts like feck.had to get v drunk to try and sort it   :daumenhoch: :crazy2:

rubber band round your toe for 20 mins before you start, helps the pain and reduces the bleeding.  :LolLolLolLol:
