Took my 2008 retro ripper off the shelf last night (ridden 3 times), kenda skinwall tyres were a bit soft...pumped them up...Not excessively

About midnight last night, Bang, sidewall gave way and tore... :tickedoff:

Whats the warranty on such things

Took the tyre off, its a manufacturing defect, the nylon reinforcing was showing through the rubber in a few places round the beading...replaced the pair with Primo dirt monsters...looks better too :daumenhoch:

Could have been worse, tyre could have let go when I was riding it, rather than just leaning against a table.
