what spokes are needed for high flange suntour hub to araya aero rims please

kuwahero:
no sure for aero rims. have done 7x rims to high flange.

3 cross = 185mm
4 cross = 195mm

I'm guessing aeros will be shorter as the profile of the rim will be smaller internally.
