Will these Skyway pegs fit a front 80s tuff?

Selling these pegs in the For Sale section. A member has asked if they fit FRONT 80's tuffs.

I remember trying to fit them to modern tuffs and it would not go on, only the rear wheel.

If anyone can confirm that they fit or not on the front, that would be great.
