shim for 1 1/8 stem to fit 1" threadless forks

Hi, can anyone tell me if I can buy a shim for this or if there's like an easy way to do it yourself,

i made mine mate out of a pair of khe grip rings in alloy
just took both down a nano and they fitted perfect
i cut a slot in the side of both to let the thing grip when it was tightened
