saddles, ever completley tight!?!?

ive only riden my new burner twice since christamas, but the saddle never seems to remain entirely tight, it seems to move when i shift my weight and im not a big guy! is this common, it cant be a burner thing since its not a raleigh post or saddle.
help!?

cant blame this one on 'best of british' its an aeroroyale saddle. this a common bmx gripe or anyone got a fix?
