You've got to be having a laugh - a weeks wage for a pair of old grips that were that so uncomforable bitd that people used to bin them when they bought a bike?

May be a weeks wage (or so) to many, buy to a premiership footballer onlya minutes wage. Not saying John Terry bought these (though might cheer him up...lol) but you get my drift, its all relative and we arent playing on a level field. If someone wants them badly enough, they will pay what it takes. Look at it this way, if the winner of the grips earns ten times your wage, its like you spending £36 on them.

thats why we will see more and more of this as the good parts come up and stuff becomes rarer
