are these Haro tyres snides?

looking for some of these tyres, and you know what they say, if it looks too good to be true.....

I think they are snides, I'm sure there should be a grey stripe next to the blue stripe and behind the R in HARO.

A bunch of these surfaced last year in Asia, or was it the year before ?
Never heard they were snides, but most of them are stained, virtualme is right!

They look f***ed to me, and they look snidey so f***ed snides is my opinion.  The Haro labels don't look right to me, either.  Babelovely has some of these so that says it all, really...
