Large nut for Tuff Neck stem

Want to finish my GT for this months competition but need to complete this stem.  :D

Its polished up nicely but missing that BIG bolt before the stem bolt. Also the bolts themselves aren't too great. Does anyone know where I can get replacement bolts from? Also any idea of where to get a decent BIG bolt from?

Alright Swivel...i've got 3 of the black allen bolts for the stem going spare if you need em, they are used but still in nice condition, no churning in the allen key slot.  Well i have got all four but one of them is churned up  :LolLolLolLol:
