Where can I buy BB cups and cheap 10mm axles?

I've got a set of OS wheels that needs the axles replacing.  They don't have to be anything flash - I just need to get the bike finished.  Any idea where I can source some?

I also need to buy a couple of pairs of US BB cups.  I sold a couple of framesets a while back and I left the cups in so I didn't damage the powder.  I didn't think I'd need 1 piece BB's as my bikes, at that time, had 3 piece cranks installed.  Now I've got a couple of projects that require 1 piece BBs - I've got 2 Dynatron BB's but they need cups.  It seems like madness, having to buy complete BBs when all I need is the cups.  Ginny sells them separately but the postage would be a killer - surely somebody over here does them :-\
