Takagi Tourney Cranks are they old school?

I'm looking for a decent, era correct 3 piece crank in blue for my 1983 Firebird, and I've seen a place selling a NOS Tagaki Tourney crank assembly including the bottom bracket/bearing assembly for £125.00.

Opinons please as I haven't got a clue!

Ive just got a red one from a guy in taiwan om ebay
offered £50 and paid £25 expess postage arrived in 3 days
