Don't think that I am slagging it off though as I really do like it. 

I just think it would look amazing with white cables, grips and seat.

I think I'd go black grips/seat & white cables ? .

There is a slight clash between the grips and the seat with the frame, but the rims go perfectly.

What decals would you go for? White or chrome?

stidds:
If I changed the cables/grips/seat to white, I would then go for chrome decals as they will tie in the cranks/chainring/spokes/hubs on the lower portion of the bike.
