I use a rubber mallet, makes life a little easier. :daumenhoch:

by the time you have pee'd about with a rubber mallet and failed, you will be frantically rumaging through your toolbox for the biggest sledge hammer you can find, then taking a overhead stance leaning your body back as much as you can, you will be taking a fook it i dont care anymore approach. as i often do :2gunsfiring_v1:

Unless he meant 'Ball Bearing' Cups!!  :LolLolLolLol:

Grease the cups place against the headtube top and bottom .

Piece of wood on each cup and a G-clamp ...slowly tighten the G-clamp and ........... it works for me.
