 :) May have had black plastic "outers" on the fork standers-have a look for a small hole where the retaining screw went.

Hi there dude can u take some more photos of the frame and forks from a different angles as i am not sure wot it can be with the photo u puit up..... i have all the original bmx mags and can compare it to  be sure..... ingylevi
