panaracer 20 x 1 3/8 tyre question

does anyone kow if these coloured tyres that are for sale on alansbmx would fit and look ok on a skyway tuff 2 wheel.

i got a set of these in black, way too skiny for tuffs, you want a skinny race wheel for those.
