hollow stem bolts

can a tuff neck stem have a hollow stem bolt if so where can i get one? If thats not possible what is the best old skool stem to use that can take a hollow stem bolt?

They should all be able to take a hollow stem bolt .

You might need a washer under the nut if the hole is too large

they usually came with a wedge on the bottom already
