Heath Mahaffy - just got 6 months in Jail !

Heath Mahaffy (major ebay BMX fruadster) has been officially sentenced for the felony that he plead guilty to a couple of months ago. Three months probation and six (6) months in county jail. Reading below, he must make restitution payments to his grandmother. I wonder if she was the person that he scammed? He must have used some kind of fake ID to obtain money from her (cashing her checks maybe?). **See link below**

The jail sentence starts on 6/28/2008.
