GT Performer 'limo' on eBay - is this sort of thing common in the States?

I can't say I've ever come across anyone doing this before.  Does a lot of this 'stretching-business' go on over there?  $100 doesn't sound like a lot of money if it's your kind of thing ???

It's a good price for the frame but i'm not sure i'd trust it.

Buy it and it'll end up costing you a lot more to bring it home.  ::)
