kuwahero:
find your local motor factor. e.g. the type of place that sells to the trades, but you can also get stuff from.

they should stock it. my local place didn't have in stock but could order it. hence why I just got it from ebay.

paint stripper and put in a bag so its coverd up
worked on my frame i just did
poured 2 gallon into a giant windscreen bag
then made sure it was all coverd then sealed it up for a few hours
then jetwashed it off

Redline:
I took mine to a place in Dunham Massey that strips old furniture and doors etc. It was left in some kind of bath for a few hours and came out squeeky clean. I wouldn't recommend blasting if your going to chrome plate the frame though as the finish isn't perfectly smooth like bare metal.
