Knackered Hutch bars

Got a pair of knackered Hutch bars

Chrome is shot
A mate sand blasted them and its not all come off  :-\
In fact they look worse now  :LolLolLolLol:

Stem has been overtightened to say the least too  :'(

Shall i bin em or not

Can anything be done

they look well squashed  or is it the pic  they should only ever be stripped at the platers with reversing the plating procedure
with a charge   they might be able to get done if not to pitted

If i could get them painted up white or something i'd be happy

But must admit it does look like they will end up in the bin  :'(
