tis amazing how quick it all comes back to you, after 22 years can still cherry pick, frame whip, table top 360 hop, bar press, seat press etc etc, still feels as good as when i was 15!!

and doesn't it feel good to still do it " not as good " but neverless great feeling cant wait for the next session
