The tag is only for sellers. A serial tyre kicker who has no intentions of paying for stuff wouldn't want to post in your 'for sale' thread, anyway. They prefer to keep it on the down low, by PMing you.

Wouldnt a good thing be for newbies not being allowed to send PM's until they get to a certain post count?
