i've been looking through the museum and it looks like a couple of the bikes in there have similar forks ,but the majority are different  :-\

I think they're prob redline. If you take them off  there might be a paper sticker round the steerer tube with some kind of instructions on it . If not they could be cyclecraft or zeronine
