Help - Frame Age of a Haro

Trying to get my first project off the ground and running, and have a chance to buy a haro freestyler frame - serial number is 85096832.
Hoping that someone out there may be able to tell me when this frame was built.  Really hoping that you guys/girls will be able to shine some light on this. Nice One.

First four digits of serial year/month of manufacture
