repairing reynolds 531 tubing

Would anyone have any ideas or tips on repairing 531 tubing cracks?
I have frame with cracked headtube, cracked along the weld, then continues a bit and reaches the top of the headtube.

any brazing/ tig welding should do the trick, or oxy - acetylene, i take it the frame is os? if so u just need it to be  cosmetic, a normal steel welding wire will work, no need to buy special 531 rods, hope this helps.

yes its an old 83 quad.

someone tried to weld it before and they dam near almost blew a hole through it.
