shipping frame and forks to usa?

hi peeps,,has anyone had any experiance of shipping to the usa,,i have a frame and forks that needs to be shipped out,but i wondered what the best option for doing so was,,,thanks in advance guys

there may be cheaper and slightly less hassle options but i use these.

You fill out a couple of forms, pay half what parcelforce would normally charge and its with your customer within four days tracked in the states :shocked:

not sure if anyone knows a better option ? if so chime in  :daumenhoch:

thanks man ill give them a blast i think,,,,,,,,,,sorry i aint got back to you dom re 88.5 sport,,,i just picked up a nos never touched 85 white sport that i got to try and sell to raise some funds,,my haro collection is getting out of control,,,,,i want everyone ever made in the world lol
