What do you guys think :- are these Curtis or Mongoose forks ?  :D

They are more like Curtis than Mongoose.  The drop outs on Curtis are a flat plate like yours and the dropouts on Mongoose are slightly diamond shaped, also the bottom of the fork leg on Curtis are angled like yours and the Mongoose fork legs are straight cut.
