how often do u ride

Once a friggin week at the moment, but that has to increase otherwise u forgot wot ya learn and have to start fresh every week.
Zero progression sucks!

As soon as 2bob is back on it properly we will hopefully get the caterham session going again for a bit of vert fun.

I am just trying to get back what i had before i broke my leg, i'm getting there slowly but ive gotta keep myself in check cos i cant be doing that again  ???

can vary depending on the weather. maybe 6-12 times a month.

the days of me riding everyday ended a coupla years back.

(plus my girlfriend would rather i play with her than the bike. though i like to do both. ) :LolLolLolLol:

Only ride at creation, its the only time i get due to heavy work commitment, unless i go for a ride with Luke my lad and he is 6, i take him to the bmx track but spend more time providing encouragement than anything, worth every pedal i dont turn though to see his face  :smitten: when he has accomplished another part of the track and its a big track. :D

at least twice a week, i work from home so its niced to get out the house  and riding is a social thing too  :daumenhoch:

although my extension has just started so i was busy last week and didnt get out during the week, but then ended up drinking a few beers each night to help me chill out, got sick of doing that by the end of the week, so gona ride every evening this week  :)
