how often do u ride

3-4 times a week!  But only about 20 minutes each time, so maybe 1 1/2 hrs a week.  Last week I got about 6hrs in one day and I felt like I actually accomplished something.  My daily routine usually prevents me from riding more, work-kids-dinner-ride 20 minutes- family time- kids bed time- 1-2hrs TV - sleep- do it again the next day.

Goose1:
I ride with the kids when I'm off work and it's not raining!!!So about twice this summer :(
