How much to buy Haro Sport or FST??
Linus27:
Looking at what old school bike to build and so far I fancy building up a Haro Sport like I used to own. Failing that, then maybe a Haro FST. can anyone tell me how much roughly the following frame and forks sell for,
A 1984 Gen1, Gen 2 and Gen 3 Haro Sport frame and forks sell for?
A 1985 Haro Sport frame and forks sell for?
A 1984 FST frame and forks sell for?
A 1985 FST frame and forks sell for?
Any rough ball park figures would be really helpful and appreciated. Thanks

forget about gen 1 unless your a lottery winner
sport good choice, lovely bikes once built, expect to pay between £200-£300 for a decent frame and forks with the fork standers

OK cool. I'm not to bothered about the fork standers and in fact would sooner have one without. That limits me to Gen 1, Gen 2 and Gen 3 1984 Sport and a 1984 FST. Still I would be happy to settle for any Sport and any FST. I actually really like a red 1985 FST which of course has the fork standers.
So how much does the FST go for? Cheaper than the Sport??
mark 2:
The red 85 FST you mention didn't have fork standers, think it was 86 onwards for those. I sold one recently in built but unridden condition for £230 posted.
